Natches are used in moulds for aligning the sections of plaster piece moulds and make good wear resistant locators. First the rounded ends are pushed into the clay dam then one side is cast. When set the clay is removed and a second natch is pushed on to the exposed ends of the first one. This is picked up by the second cast and when separated leaves a plug and socket at the joint surface. Pack of 50 pieces.
